Notre client est une PME familiale belge, active dans la distribution B2B et bénéficiant de plusieurs années d'expérience sur son marché. Grâce à sa structure à taille humaine, vous évoluerez dans un environnement où les décisions sont rapides, la communication est directe et où chacun peut réellement avoir un impact sur l'entreprise.

L'organisation poursuit actuellement sa transformation digitale, avec la modernisation de ses outils comptables et la volonté d'automatiser progressivement certaines tâches afin de permettre à l'équipe Finance de consacrer davantage de temps à l'analyse et à la création de valeur.

Votre fonction

En tant que Comptable, vous rejoignez une petite équipe Finance et travaillez directement aux côtés du responsable comptable.

Vous prenez en charge les opérations comptables quotidiennes tout en développant progressivement votre autonomie sur les clôtures, la TVA et l'analyse financière. La fonction offre également une belle opportunité de participer à la digitalisation et à l'intégration de solutions d'intelligence artificielle au sein de la Finance.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer l'encodage et le contrôle des factures fournisseurs ;
  • Gérer les opérations bancaires et préparer les paiements ;
  • Effectuer les réconciliations et le nettoyage des comptes ;
  • Assurer le suivi des créances et les rappels clients ;
  • Participer aux clôtures comptables et aux différentes écritures de régularisation ;
  • Préparer les données nécessaires aux déclarations TVA ;
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires comptables et fiscaux externes ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus et à l'optimisation de l'ERP ;
  • Explorer l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle pour automatiser certaines tâches, fiabiliser les données et développer des analyses financières plus pertinentes ;
  • Contribuer progressivement à la production d'indicateurs permettant au management de mieux piloter l'activité.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un Bachelier en comptabilité ;
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité et de bonnes bases techniques ;
  • Une expérience avec un ERP moderne constitue un plus ;
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, curieux et proactif ;
  • Vous aimez comprendre les chiffres et chercher des pistes d'amélioration ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux et avez un intérêt pour l'IA appliquée à la Finance ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français.
