In een notendop Draag jij, samen met het bestuur, directie en management graag bij aan een financieel gezonde, transparante en maatschappelijke organisatie? Dan biedt GGD Zuid-Limburg jou de kans om als Concerncontroller (36 uur) aan de slag te gaan en het verschil te maken voor de inwoners van Zuid-Limburg. Wat ga je doen als Concerncontroller? - Je adviseert directie en bestuur over governance, rolzuiverheid, verantwoordelijkheden, mandaten en de inrichting van een effectief stelsel van checks-and-balances, en toetst of deze in de praktijk adequaat functioneren. - Je bewaakt de doelmatigheid, rechtmatigheid en financiële gezondheid van de organisatie en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar concrete analyses, stuurinformatie en adviezen. - Je toetst bestuurs- en managementvoorstellen op financiële haalbaarheid, risico's, doelmatigheid en de kwaliteit van de besluitvorming. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, integraliteit en werking van de planning- en controlcyclus en ziet toe op de kwaliteit van management- en stuurinformatie. - Je ontwikkelt de kaders voor risicomanagement, bewaakt de toepassing ervan en adviseert directie en management over passende beheersmaatregelen. - Je beoordeelt de werking van risicomanagement, interne beheersing, compliance en governance, rapporteert hierover aan directie en bestuur en escaleert waar nodig onafhankelijk. - Je signaleert risico's en kansen, initieert verbetertrajecten en bewaakt de opvolging van aanbevelingen uit audits, accountantscontroles en onderzoeken. - Je versterkt de samenhang tussen control, financiën, compliance en organisatieontwikkeling en brengt waar nodig zelfstandig signalen en aandachtspunten onder de aandacht van directie en bestuur.
