Conciërge - Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast - Barneveld Johannes Fontanus College Als conciërge heb je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden en aansturen van leerlingen in ons mooie, gerenoveerde schoolgebouw. Ben jij die enthousiaste teamplayer die we zoeken? Solliciteer snel! Wat ga je doen? In een team met acht collega conciërges zorg je samen voor een veilig schoolklimaat voor onze leerlingen. Onder verantwoording van het hoofd facilitaire zaken zal je een breed scala aan taken uitvoeren, zoals: - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen tijdens schooluren over uiteenlopende zaken (fietsenstalling, absentie, kluisjes, gevonden voorwerpen en EHBO); - Je schakelt, na goedkeuring, externe partijen in en begeleidt hen ten behoeve van tussentijdse controles aan roerende en onroerende goederen; - Je signaleert en onderzoekt gebreken en storingen en verhelpt deze zo nodig zelf, dan wel schakelt derden in; - Je verleent hulp bij calamiteiten, EHBO, BHV; - Je ziet toe op de toegankelijkheid en beveiliging binnen en buiten het gebouw (vluchtwegen vrijhouden en kluisjes bereikbaar houden); - Je draagt zorg voor de controleronde door het gebouw, opent het gebouw en sluit dit af; - Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor externen in geval van verhuur van (ruimtes in) het schoolgebouw, informeert de afdeling financiën en draagt zorg voor inrichting van de ruimtes en de benodigde materialen.
