The posting

Rôle et responsabilités

  • Accompagner des étudiants dans la construction de leur projet d'insertion socio-professionnelle et assurer leur coaching dans le cadre de la recherche de jobs étudiants
  • Organiser et animer des séances collectives autour de la question de l'orientation et des filières d'études
  • Mettre à jour les informations au sujet des filières d'enseignement et les diffusez à l'équipe de la Cellule Etudiants
  • Collaborer à l'élargissement du réseau de la Cellule Etudiants en développant des contacts avec les services d'orientation et d'insertion socio-professionnelle

Profil

  • Excellentes capacité d'écoute et de communication verbale
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse et d'organisation du travail
  • Bonnes connaissances et maîtrise des outils d'orientation : bilan de compétences, test d'orientation, ennéagramme,...
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'offre de formation francophone (connaissance de l'offre néerlandophone est un atout) : enseignement secondaire, supérieur et formation professionnelle
  • Très bonnes connaissances du marché de l'emploi : métiers en pénurie, débouchés professionnels
  • Votre atout : avoir une formation complémentaire en orientation scolaire et professionnelle

Prérequis

  • Être titulaire d'un diplôme belge de Bachelier à orientation sociale, pédagogique ou psychologique ou en possession d'une décision d'équivalence
  • Avoir une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction de conseiller en orientation, de coach scolaire ou de soutien aux étudiants
  • Avoir une parfaite maitrise du français ou du néerlandais et une bonne capacité de rédaction dans cette langue
  • Avoir une connaissance de base de l'autre langue régionale et être en possession du brevet linguistique SELOR ou disposé à l'obtenir
  • Utiliser les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)

  • Une échelle barémique BH1 (Bachelier Assistant social) ou B1 (Bachelier) conforme aux barèmes des administrations locales de la Région Bruxelles-Capitale avec un salaire mensuel brut minimum à l'index actuel de 3.094,34 € (BH1) ou de 3.022,11 € (B1) pouvant être supérieur si valorisation des expériences professionnelles précédentes
  • Un environnement flexible et varié
  • Le respect de l'équilibre vie professionnelle-vie privée : un minimum de 35 jours et demi de congé par an, des horaires flexibles et une possibilité de faire du télétravail (2 jours max/sem)
