À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

En tant que Conseiller(ère) de vente chez HalfPrice, vous participerez à toutes les activités qui contribuent au bon fonctionnement du magasin. Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment les suivantes :

Quelles seront vos missions :

  • Réceptionner, préparer et mettre en rayon les nouvelles livraisons.
  • Réapprovisionner et organiser les produits, en veillant à mettre en valeur nos nouveautés.
  • Maintenir la surface de vente et les cabines d'essayage propres, ordonnées et accueillantes pour nos clients.
  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur expérience d'achat.
  • Effectuer les opérations d'encaissement de manière efficace et chaleureuse.
  • Collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'équipe et apporter votre soutien dans les différentes zones du magasin selon les besoins.

Nous recherchons des personnes qui :

  • Aiment le contact avec les clients et le travail en équipe.
  • Sont communicatives, fiables et adoptent une attitude positive.
  • Ont envie d'apprendre, de se développer et d'évoluer au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Apprécient de travailler dans un environnement dynamique où chaque journée peut être différente.
  • Sont disponibles pour travailler selon des horaires variables, y compris le week-end.

Nous proposons différentes possibilités en matière de temps de travail et organisons les horaires en tenant compte à la fois des besoins opérationnels de chaque magasin et des disponibilités de nos équipes.

En fonction des besoins du magasin et du poste concerné, nous proposons différentes formes de contrat :

  • Contrat de travail à durée indéterminée (CDI)
  • Contrat de travail à durée déterminée (CDD)
  • Flexi-job, pour les candidats qui remplissent les conditions légales applicables à ce type d'emploi.

Le type de contrat ainsi que les conditions d'emploi seront précisés au cours du processus de recrutement, en fonction du poste et des besoins de chaque magasin.
