Als Constructiebankwerker lever je een bijdrage aan de productie van hoogwaardige constructies die onmisbaar zijn voor voortstuwingssystemen in schepen. Je leest zelfstandig technische tekeningen, stelt onderdelen las-klaar samen en volgt werkorders volgens strikte procedures en classificatieregels. Daarnaast begeleid je tussentijdse beproevingen door externe partijen en werk je mee aan innovatieve projecten. In deze functie komen nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en oplossingsgericht denken samen, terwijl je jouw creativiteit en vakmanschap volledig inzet. Je werkt in een omgeving waar kwaliteit en innovatie centraal staan. Functie-eisen Ben jij een gedreven Constructiebankwerker met gevoel voor techniek en nauwkeurig vakmanschap? Dan past deze kans goed bij jou. Je hebt een afgeronde technische of werktuigbouwkundige MBO-opleiding niveau 2 of 3 en minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring. Wat je meebrengt: - Ervaring met het zelfstandig lezen en begrijpen van technische tekeningen. - Vaardigheid in werkzaamheden zoals slijpen, branden, lassen en uitlijnen. - Het vermogen om zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht te werken, met oog voor detail. - Het aanpassingsvermogen om te schakelen tussen de behoeften van verschillende afdelingen. - Een proactieve en samenwerkende werkhouding, waarbij oog voor kwaliteit en oplossingsgericht denken centraal staan.
