Als Constructief BIM Modelleur ben jij de specialist die constructieve ontwerpen omzet naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen. Je werkt nauw samen met constructeurs en engineers aan projecten in verschillende fases – van ontwerpfase tot volledige uitvoeringsfase inclusief detailengineering. Je draagt bij aan innovatieve oplossingen in beton-, staal- en houtconstructies en zorgt ervoor dat elk model voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Door jouw werk krijgen complexe constructies vorm en kunnen bouwprojecten efficiënt en foutloos worden uitgevoerd. In deze functie krijg je veel zelfstandigheid en ruimte om projecten naar eigen inzicht in te vullen. Je werkt aan uitdagende vraagstukken waarbij jouw technisch inzicht en oog voor detail het verschil maken. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in nieuwe technieken en materialen, zoals de groeiende sector van duurzame houtbouw. Het bureau investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen en cursussen, zodat je altijd op de hoogte blijft van de laatste ontwikkelingen in de bouwsector. Jouw taken in het kort: - Uitwerken van constructieve ontwerpen in Revit naar gedetailleerde 3D BIM-modellen; - Samenwerken met constructeurs en engineers aan beton-, staal- en houtconstructies; - Verzorgen van detailengineering en uitvoeringstekeningen; - Controleren en optimaliseren van modellen op uitvoerbaarheid en kwaliteit; - Bijdragen aan innovatieve en duurzame bouwoplossingen; - Afstemmen met projectteams en opdrachtgevers over technische vraagstukken.
