Wil jij werken aan innovatieve bouwprojecten die daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd? Als Constructief Modelleur in de omgeving van Nieuw-Vennep vertaal je constructieve ontwerpen naar slimme en nauwkeurige BIM-modellen. Je werkt aan uitdagende nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Wat ga je doen?Als Constructief Modelleur werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten binnen de woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en renovatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, uitwerken en beheren van constructieve BIM-modellen in Revit. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat constructies technisch kloppen, uitvoerbaar zijn en goed aansluiten op andere disciplines binnen het bouwproces. Je werkt nauw samen met constructeurs, bouwkundigen, architecten en externe partijen om projecten succesvol uit te werken. Daarnaast voer je clashcontroles uit en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de projectinformatie. Naast het modelleren denk je actief mee over constructieve oplossingen en optimalisaties. Je draagt bij aan BIM-ontwikkelingen, standaardisaties en innovaties binnen projecten. Ook werk je aan het ontwikkelen en beheren van bibliotheken, families en modelstandaarden. Door jouw technische kennis en oog voor detail lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan efficiënte en toekomstbestendige bouwprojecten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opzetten en beheren van constructieve BIM-modellen in Revit; - Uitwerken van constructieve ontwerpen en technische details; - Uitvoeren van clashcontroles en modelcontroles; - Afstemmen met constructeurs, architecten en bouwkundige disciplines; - Signaleren en uitwerken van constructieve verbeteringen; - Ontwikkelen en beheren van Revit-families en bibliotheken; - Ondersteunen bij BIM-coördinatie en modelintegratie; - Bijdragen aan renovatie-, nieuwbouw- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een afgeronde hbo of universitaire -opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde of Civiele Techn.
