Berg en Dal, Gelderland Consulent inkomen doelgroep statushouders Functie omschrijving Functie Consulent Inkomen (statushouders) Samen met andere consulenten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Participatiewet en aanverwante regelingen, met specifieke verantwoordelijkheid voor de doelgroep statushouders. De functie staat garant voor een zeer afwisselende en uitdagende werkomgeving. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Beoordelen en afhandelen van aanvragen levensonderhoud in het kader van de Participatiewet en IOAW; - Beoordelen van aanvragen bijzondere bijstand en aanvragen minimabeleid; - Voeren van gesprekken met statushouders uit jouw caseload bij aanvragen en heronderzoeken; - Uitvoeren van (her)onderzoeken naar het recht op bijstand; - Verantwoordelijk voor beëindigingsonderzoeken, terugvorderingsbesluiten en het opleggen van maatregelen; - Adviseren over boetes; - Signaleren en doorverwijzen bij zorgvragen, met kennis van de sociale kaart; - Leveren van maatwerk binnen de kaders en strekking van de Participatiewet. Samenwerking - Werk nauw samen met collega's (o.a. consulenten inburgering) en externe partijen, zoals Vluchtelingenwerk; - Zoek actief de samenwerking op binnen het team en met betrokken instanties. Vaardigheden en competenties - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verbinding te zoeken met collega's en inwoners; - Fraudealert handelen; - Oog voor maatwerk binnen wettelijke kaders; - Professionele houding in het voeren van onderzoeken en het nemen van besluiten.
