Over de functie Als consulent Voorliggende Voorzieningen bij Gemeente Utrecht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van een grootschalig dossieronderzoek onder inwoners met een bijstandsuitkering. Je analyseert dossiers, beoordeelt aanspraken op voorliggende voorzieningen en werkt samen met ketenpartners zoals UWV en SVB. Je begeleidt inwoners bij aanvragen, verwerkt uitkomsten in systemen en draagt bij aan een zorgvuldige uitvoering van het project. Wat je gaat doen - Uitvoeren van integrale scan van het bijstandsbestand op aanspraken op voorliggende voorzieningen - Analyseren en beoordelen van dossiers op basis van vastgestelde criteria - Signaleren van mogelijke rechten op regelingen zoals WW, ZW, WIA, Wajong, WAO, Toeslagenwet - Controleren op correct gebruik van regelingen zoals IOAW/IOAZ, PGB's en heffingskortingen - Opstellen van onderbouwingen per dossier - Voorbereiden van overdrachten richting UWV, SVB en andere instanties - Begeleiden van inwoners bij aanvragen van voorzieningen - Ondersteunen bij verzamelen van gegevens en indienen van aanvragen - Verwerken van uitkomsten en vervolgacties in gemeentelijke systemen - Uitvoeren van herberekeningen van uitkeringen en administratieve afhandeling - Opstellen van besluiten in samenwerking met gemeentelijke medewerkers - Afstemmen met ketenpartners over voortgang en overdracht van dossiers - Signaleren van risico's en rapporteren over voortgang - Verzorgen van kennisoverdracht aan gemeentelijke medewerkers Functie-eisen - HBO opleiding - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring - Aantoonbare ervaring met dossieronderzoek binnen de Participatiewet of sociale zekerheid - Kennis van voorliggende voorziening...
