Jouw rol als Consultant Als Consultant bij Nivel krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen markt binnen een van onze sectoren. Dit houdt in dat je actief bedrijven en kandidaten met elkaar verbindt. Hoe ziet dat eruit? - Je beheert en verkent de markt door middel van acquisitie en relatiebeheer - Je bezoekt klanten om hun behoeften goed in kaart te brengen en de juiste match te realiseren - Je bouwt aan je eigen klantenportefeuille en onderhoudt duurzame relaties - Je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten en voert kennismakingsgesprekken - Je begeleidt kandidaten van A tot Z in hun zoektocht naar een nieuwe baan - Je schakelt snel en houdt meerdere ballen in de lucht, waarbij je zowel klanten als kandidaten optimaal bedient. In deze rol ontwikkel je een breed netwerk binnen de sector Bouw of Civiel, bestaande uit aannemers, architectenbureaus & ingenieursbureaus. Deze bedrijven werken aan uiteenlopende projecten, zoals het nieuwbouwproject van de rechtbank in Breda, tot aan de reconstructie van het knooppunt bij Hooipolder. Voor deze projecten zoeken wij bijvoorbeeld engineers, uitvoerders en projectleiders. Hierdoor leer je met verschillende niveaus te communiceren en vergroot je jouw kennis en vaardigheden. Bij Nivel staat samenwerking centraal. Wij geloven dat je samen meer bereikt dan alleen.
