Dit is zo'n functie waarin jij het verschil kan maken. - Een gemeente die haar huisvesting en werkomgeving efficiënter wil inrichten. - Een school die gaat fuseren en een nieuwe leerwerkomgeving moet inrichten. - Een museum dat advies wil om haar gebouwen te vergroenen en verduurzamen. - Een zorginstelling die hulp nodig heeft bij het verhuizen van één van haar locaties. En daar sta jij. Met overzicht, ervaring, frisse blik en een prettige dosis daadkracht. Jij brengt beweging in huisvestingsvraagstukken die ertoe doen. Als supporter van werkgeluk draag je bij aan toekomstbestendige werkomgevingen én aan het werkgeluk van de mensen die er werken. Inclusief dat van jezelf. Jouw uitdaging bij FMXXL Als Consultant Facilitair & Huisvesting werk je interim en projectmatig aan uitdagende opdrachten op het snijvlak van huisvesting, werkomgevingen en facilitair. Je draait (mee) in projecten waar huisvesting, gebruik en organisatie samen komen, bij opdrachtgevers met een sociaal of maatschappelijk karakter. In deze functie breng jij vooral beweging in vraagstukken die ertoe doen: - Het coördineren van verhuizingen - Het begeleiden van kleinschalige verbouwingen - Het meedraaien in complexere huisvestingsprojecten , met verantwoordelijkheid deelprojecten - Het onderhouden van contact met verhuurders en andere betrokken partijen - Het coördineren van bezettingsmetingen - Het analyseren van gebruiksdata en presenteren van inzichten aan de organisatie - Het adviseren over beter en efficiënter gebruik van de kantoor- of werkomgeving - Het ondersteunen bij huisvestingsvraagstukken waarin plannin...
