Functieomschrijving Als Consultant Functioneel Beheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van IT-voorzieningen bij de klanten binnen de lokale overheid, gemeentelijk domein en de zorg. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken, beheert gebruikersaccounts en bent betrokken bij het verbeteren van applicaties. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers en stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat de IT-voorzieningen altijd up-to-date zijn. Vanuit dit bedrijf werk je aan gevarieerde interim opdrachten die aansluiten bij jouw ambitieniveau en groeiwensen. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om aan meerdere opdrachten per week te werken, wat zorgt voor een optimale uitwisseling van kennis en ervaring. Ze bieden een op maat gemaakt ontwikkeltraject waarin je jouw hard skills, soft skills en ervaring versterkt met mentors en (mogelijk)externe coaches. Bovendien kun je altijd terugvallen op ervaren collega's voor intervisie. Wat je gaat doen Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van vakapplicaties en koppelingen binnen een afdeling of organisatie. Je takenpakket omvat onder meer gebruikersbeheer, ondersteuning van gebruikers, afhandeling van meldingen, beheer van wijzigingen (updates en releases), documentbeheer, training en opleiding, testen en het opstellen van rapportages. Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan de applicaties, stemt af met de opdrachtgevers, gebruikers en leveranciers en onderhoudt contact met applicatiebeheerders van gekoppelde applicaties.
