Als Consultant Groenbeleid leid je teams die instaan voor het onderhoud van het openbaar groen binnen lokale besturen. Je coacht medewerkers, plant werkzaamheden in overleg met partners binnen het lokaal bestuur en begeleidt nieuwe projecten binnen het vakgebied.

Taken

  • Meewerken aan verschillende HR-projecten zoals verzuimbeleid, onthaalbeleid en retentiebeleid.
  • Opvolgen, beheren en coördineren van wervingen, bevorderingen en interne mobiliteit.
  • Actieve rol opnemen in het aanwervingsproces, inclusief het opstellen van vacatureteksten, screening van kandidaten en het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Uitwerken en bijhouden van een ontwikkelingsbeleid dat aansluit bij de noden van de organisatie en de geldende wetgeving.
  • Coachen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden en vormgeven van de personeelsplanning.

Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische of groenomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan medewerkers motiveren en coachen.
  • Je hebt kennis van groenbeheer en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
