Als Consultant Industriële Automatisering in Breda help je industriële organisaties om besturingstechnische vraagstukken te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen. Je werkt binnen de industriële automatisering, waar PLC-besturingen, HMI-bediening en SCADA-systemen samenkomen met productieprocessen en machineveiligheid. Je verbindt de wensen van gebruikers met technische mogelijkheden en kijkt daarbij naar betrouwbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en de aansluiting op bestaande installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk bespreek je procesknelpunten, analyseer je besturingsconcepten en werk je voorstellen uit waarmee engineers verder kunnen. Je schakelt met software-engineers, elektrotechnici en mensen uit productie en onderhoud. Daarbij kun je technische keuzes helder uitleggen, van PLC-platform tot industriële communicatie. Door advies te combineren met inhoudelijke betrokkenheid bij ontwerp, testen en ingebruikname verdiep je zowel je automatiseringskennis als je vaardigheden in het begeleiden van technische besluitvorming. Functie-inhoud - Inventariseren van automatiseringsvraagstukken en vertalen naar functionele eisen - Adviseren over PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen voor industriële toepassingen - Beoordelen van besturingsconcepten op betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid - Afstemmen van technische keuzes met engineering, productie en onderhoud - Ondersteunen bij testplannen, acceptatietesten en ingebruikname - Vastleggen van adviezen, specificaties en technische projectafspraken Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met industriële besturingen en het analyseren van technische vraagstukken - Kennis van PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal of een vergelijkbaar platform - Inzicht in HMI, SCADA en industriële netwerken zoals Profinet of Modbus TCP - Vermogen om technische eisen te vertalen naar begrijpelijke adviezen - Een gestructureerde aanpak en heldere communicatie met technische.
