Als inhouseconsultant bij Gemeente Rotterdam draag je direct bij aan een soepel verlopende afvalinzameling. Je bent de schakel tussen de gemeente en het team van huisvuilbeladers, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale personeelsplanning en een kwalitatieve dienstverlening. In deze dynamische rol, waar geen dag hetzelfde is, combineer je operationele taken met strategisch personeelsbeheer. Jouw gestructureerde aanpak en communicatieve vaardigheden maken het verschil in een omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat. Wat ga je doen: - Zorgen voor een kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve pool van huisvuilbeladers om continuïteit te waarborgen. - Voeren van functionerings-, beoordelings-, verzuim-, coaching- en exitgesprekken. - Bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en het administratiesysteem. - Samenwerken met de opdrachtgever om processen op het gebied van kwaliteit, commercie en HR te verbeteren. - Coördineren van de planning voor beladers en chauffeurs binnen de afvalinzameling. Wat heb je nodig? We zoeken een gestructureerde en communicatief vaardige professional die graag bijdraagt aan een schoner Rotterdam. - Hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met uitzendbranche of gemeentelijke processen. - Beschikbaar voor 36-40 uur per week. - Bereid om om 06:00 uur te starten in Rotterdam.
