Consultant Overheid Solliciteer nu Tussen €3.600 en €4.200 Per maand Beschrijving NuFlex Overheid groeit. Vanuit een bestaande basis van gedetacheerde professionals binnen Burgerzaken en gemeentelijke dienstverlening bouwen wij verder aan onze positie binnen gemeenten. Daarom zoeken wij een Consultant Overheid die samen met ons de business verder wil uitbouwen. In eerste instantie ligt je focus op het detacheren van professionals bij gemeenten. Dit is een rol voor iemand die meer wil dan recruitment alleen. Je krijgt de kans om een eigen portfolio van gemeentelijke professionals op te bouwen, deze verder te laten groeien en op termijn een leidende rol te pakken binnen deze business unit. Over NuFlex NuFlex Overheid is een ondernemende organisatie met korte lijnen en duidelijke groeiambities binnen gemeentelijke detachering. Wij geloven in eigenaarschap, ondernemerschap en duurzame relaties. Vanuit NuFlex Finance bemiddelen we finance professionals in zowel de profit als non-profit sector. Dit geeft je de mogelijkheid om de gemeentelijke organisatie breed van dienst te zijn. Bij NuFlex krijg je de kans om: - Mee te bouwen aan een groeiende business - Jouw netwerk echt te benutten - Door te groeien naar leadership - Ondernemerschap te tonen binnen een professionele organisatie Over de functie Je start met een duidelijke focus op Burgerzaken en Publiekszaken, waar al een bestaande basis ligt. Vanuit daar bouw je verder aan jouw eigen portfolio en breid je dit uit naar andere gemeentelijke domeinen zoals Finance, Legal, of HR. Je richt je daarbij op het ontwikkelen van een sterk kandidatenbestand en een duurzame talentpool, zodat je kunt inspelen op aanvragen vanuit MSP- en DAS-platformen. Concreet houd je je bezig met: • opbouwen van een netwerk van gemeentelijke professionals • werven en spreken van kandidaten • ontwikkelen van jouw eigen talentpool • positioneren van NuFlex als werkgever voor gemeentelijke professiona...
