De aansluiting bij WIN herken jij vanuit je wens om (verder) te leren, samen te werken en kennis te delen. Verantwoordelijkheden die passen bij jouw kennis en ervaring: - Je beheerst projectelementen als: Scope, Planning, Financiën, Risico en Kwaliteit. Projectorganisaties breng je verder met advies, begeleiding en ondersteuning. - Je bouwt mee aan onze dienstverlening vanuit visies op Projectbeheersing, IPM en ontwikkeling. Daarbij geïnspireerd door ervaringen en best practices van collega's en het netwerk. - Je brengt kansen en risico's in kaart en borgt de (beheers)maatregelen. Van integraal perspectief zorg je voor de inbedding van de projectbeheersing in de projectorganisatie. Dit doe je door middel van beheersprocessen en het bouwen aan relaties. - Je voegt realisatiekracht en voorspelbaarheid toe aan projecten. - Je bouwt vanuit WIN mee aan de dienstverlening m.b.t. trainingen en ontwikkeling voor het vakgebied projectbeheersing. Wie ben jij? Je bent een projectbeheerser en adviseur. Je bedenkt effectieve/ innovatieve oplossingen voor (ongewenste) situaties en weet gesprekspartners mee te nemen in verschillende verbetervoorstellen. In jouw ervaring heb jij minimaal 3 van de onderstaande certificeringen behaald: Prince2, MSP, MoP, IPMA, P3O Practitioner, S...
