Je hebt ervaring met content, kennisbanken of informatiearchitectuur. Misschien schrijf je al jaren teksten, structureer je informatie, of help je organisaties hun content op orde krijgen. Maar je voelt dat je rol aan het veranderen is. Het gaat niet meer alleen om goed schrijven – het gaat om slim structureren, AI-proof maken en teams in beweging krijgen.

Bij TKC digital doe je precies dat.

Functie-eisen: Twee type mensen die we zoeken

Rosanne en Luka (je toekomstige leidinggevenden) zoeken bewust naar diversiteit in het team. Niet iedereen hoeft hetzelfde profiel te hebben – sterker nog, verschillende talenten maken het team juist sterker. Daarom zijn ze op zoek naar twee type profielen:

Type 1: De analytische structuurdenker Jij houdt van structuur, data en puzzelen. Je bent analytisch, AI-geletterd en houdt van taxonomieën en metadatamodellen. Jij bent degene die een rommelige kennisbank omtovert tot een logisch, AI-proof geheel. Je hebt ervaring met kennismanagement, informatiearchitectuur of content structurering. Je werkt het liefst gründlich en gedegen, en je advies op papier is altijd scherp en datagedreven.

Type 2: De energieke verbinder Jij hebt contentervaring, maar je wilt meer. Meer adviesrol, meer klantcontact, meer presenteren en teams in beweging krijgen. Een workshop leiden voor 15 stakeholders? Bring it on. Draagvlak creëren voor een nieuwe werkwijze? Jouw kracht. Je bent sociaal vaardig, durft keuzes te maken en hebt lef. Je bouwt relaties, wordt gezien als sparringpartner, en weet mensen enthousiast te maken voor verandering.

Wat beide profielen delen:

• HBO-niveau (richting communicatie, informatiekunde, taal of vergelijkbaar)

• 2-3 jaar ervaring met content, kennis of informatie (in welke vorm dan ook)

• Je schrijft en redigeert foutloos Nederlands

• Je vindt afwisseling leuker dan routine

• Reizen binnen Nederland is prima (2 dagen per week gemiddeld)

• Je bent nieuwsgierig
