1 Content Creator & Videographer (m/w/d) - 20h Innsbruck Österreich Du hast ein Gespür für den perfekten Moment, weißt wie Social Media wirklich funktioniert und willst nicht nur Content produzieren, sondern eine Firma sichtbar machen? Bei Mission Solar bekommst du die Bühne, das Equipment und die Freiheit, unsere Geschichte so zu erzählen, wie sie erzählt werden sollte: authentisch, schnell und auf den Punkt.

Verantwortlichkeiten / Aufgaben

* Content-Produktion: Du drehst und schneidest regelmäßig Short-Form-Content für Instagram, Facebook, TikTok und YouTube, von Reels über POV-Videos bis hin zu Erklärvideos und Day-in-the-Life-Formaten.

* Content-Planung: Du pflegst unseren Content-Kalender, recherchierst aktuelle Themen und Hooks und strukturierst das Material so, dass unser Team immer weiß, was als nächstes kommt.

* On-Location-Drehs: Du begleitest unser Team auf Baustellen, bei Kundenterminen und hältst fest, was uns von anderen unterscheidet in einem ehrlichen Rahmen, nah und mit dem richtigen Auge fürs Bild.

* Personalmarketing: Du zeigst nach außen, wie es bei uns wirklich zugeht, warum wir anders sind, was wir anders machen und warum Mission Solar ein Ort ist, an dem man arbeiten will.

* Videoschnitt & Aufbereitung: Du schneidest eigenständig mit CapCut, Opus Clip, Canva oder vergleichbaren Tools und stellst Material strukturiert für interne und externe Verwendung bereit.

* Abstimmung: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketing zusammen, produzierst Content für organische Reichweite genauso wie für Paid Ads und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein.

Was du mitbringst:

* Plattform-Verständnis: Du nutzt Social Media selbst aktiv, weißt wie der Algorithmus tickt und erkennst, welche Formate gerade funktionieren bevor es alle anderen tun.

* Kreativität & Lösungsorientierung: Du findest auch mit einfachen Mitteln den richtigen Winkel, das passende Licht und den richtigen Schnitt.

* Eigenverantwortung & Struktur: Du organisierst deinen Content-Kalender selbst, lieferst verlässlich und kannst Feedback-Schleifen aushalten und sinnvoll einbauen.

* Kommunikation & Extraversion: Du gehst offen auf Menschen zu, kannst Teams vor Ort briefen und weißt, wann du die Kamera hinhältst und wann du wartest.

* Technisches Know-how: Du kennst dich mit iPhone-Aufnahmen, Gimbal, Drohne und Kunstlicht aus oder bist bereit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten.
