De organisatie is al ruim 70 jaar actief in de maakindustrie en heeft zich in die periode ontwikkeld tot een gerenommeerde kennispartner binnen de industriële sector. Vanuit vestigingen in meerdere Europese landen ondersteunt zij klanten met technische expertise, hoogwaardige producten en een sterke focus op service. Wat deze organisatie bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van stabiliteit en betrokkenheid. Veel medewerkers werken er al jarenlang, de lijnen zijn kort en de cultuur is persoonlijk. Je kent je collega's, de directie is toegankelijk en goede ideeën krijgen de ruimte. Tegelijkertijd staat de organisatie niet stil. De komende jaren wordt volop geïnvesteerd in de verdere professionalisering van marketing, met onder andere een complete vernieuwing van de website, verbeteringen op het gebied van online vindbaarheid en verschillende digitale projecten die de zichtbaarheid van de organisatie verder moeten vergroten. De functie Als Content Marketeer krijg je een brede rol binnen marketing en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere zichtbaarheid en positionering van de organisatie. Je werkt aan content voor verschillende kanalen, campagnes, e-mailmarketing en de website, maar kijkt ook mee naar het grotere geheel. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat marketing optimaal bijdraagt aan de commerciële doelstellingen van de organisatie en weet je technische kennis en expertise te vertalen naar communicatie die klanten daadwerkelijk helpt.
