Daarmee groeit ook de rol van marketing binnen onze organisatie. Als contentmarketeer maak jij onze kennis, projecten en Nobleans zichtbaar. Je denkt na over wat we vertellen, voor wie en in welke vorm. Vervolgens breng je ideeën tot leven in tekst, beeld en korte video. Contentmarketing vormt de kern van je functie, maar je werkt ook mee aan campagnes, events, employer branding en andere marketingactiviteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met de marketingmanager en krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en creativiteit. Your responsibilities Als contentmarketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Marketing & sales doelstellingen vertalen naar relevante contentthema's, formats en activiteiten; - De contentplanning opstellen, beheren en uitvoeren; - Continu testen en optimaliseren van content voor meer bereik en conversie; - Contentkansen herkennen en actief benutten; - Visuals en korte video's bedenken, (laten) maken en bewerken; - Webteksten en socialmediaberichten schrijven en redigeren; - Resultaten volgen en SEO/GEO-kansen benutten; - Meewerken aan campagnes, events en andere online en offline marketingactiviteiten. What do we expect from you? Je combineert gevoel voor taal en beeld met een nieuwsgierige en praktische instelling. Je stapt gemakkelijk op collega's af, stelt goede vragen en zorgt dat ideeën worden uitgevoerd. Een internationale omgeving past bij jou. Onze externe communicatie is altijd Engelstalig. Met jouw taalgevoel en de ondersteuning van AI-tools kun je tot een heldere en correcte Engelse tekst komen. Intern spreken we voornamelijk Nederlands.
