WerkmanWerkman Continuous Improvement Engineer Als Continuous Improvement Engineer ben je de aanjager van operational excellence binnen Werkman Hoofcare. Je ziet continu kansen om processen slimmer, efficiënter en effectiever in te richten. Je analyseert niet alleen verbeterpotentieel, maar weet vooral mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat continu verbeteren niet afhankelijk is van één persoon, maar onderdeel wordt van het DNA van de organisatie. Jouw missie is om het continu verbeteren "in de genen" van de organisatie te krijgen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Initiëren, begeleiden en implementeren van verbeterprojecten binnen productie, logistiek en ondersteunende processen. - Toepassen van Lean-principes om verspilling te reduceren en waarde voor de klant te vergroten. - Faciliteren van Kaizen-sessies, workshops en verbeterteams. - Opzetten en borgen van een cultuur van continu verbeteren. - Coachen van medewerkers en leidinggevenden in Lean-denken en probleemoplossende methodieken. - Ondersteunen van teams bij het signaleren, prioriteren en uitvoeren van verbeterinitiatieven. - Introduceren en onderhouden van standaarden, visueel management en prestatie-indicatoren. - Stimuleren van eigenaarschap op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie. - Fungeren als sparringpartner voor management en teamleiders op het gebied van procesverbetering en organisatieontwikkeling. Benodigde kennis en ervaring - HBO-opleiding in Technische Bedrijfskunde, Industrial Engineering of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een rol gericht op procesverbetering, operational excellence of Lean-transformaties. Gedegen kennis van: - Lean Manufacturing - Kaizen - 5S - Value Stream Mapping (VSM) - Ervaring met het begeleiden van verandertrajecten. - Lean Green Belt certificering is een sterke pré.
