Voor onze klant, regio Kortrijk, zoeken wij een Continuous Improvement Engineer. Deze onderneming geniet wereldwijd een sterke reputatie binnen de elektronicasector. Ondanks het indrukwekkende succes en de voortdurende groei blijft de typische West-Vlaamse mentaliteit stevig verankerd in het bedrijf.

In België werken er meer dan 2000 collega’s die samen zorgen voor een gigantische omzet boven 1 miljard euro. Ter versterking van het team voor een van de afdelingen binnen het bedrijf, zijn we op zoek naar een Proces Ingenieur (een nieuw gecreëerde functie).

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat in voor het analyseren, optimaliseren/verbeteren en automatiseren van de processen die plaatsvinden in het labo voor elektrische herstellingen
  • Aangezien dit een nieuwe functie is, ben je de enige persoon die deze zal uitoefenen
  • De afdeling waarin je terechtkomt staat in voor de herstelling van elektronica onderdelen en telt een 60-tal techniekers
  • Op basis van jouw ervaring en expertise kijk je constant naar mogelijkheden om processen te stroomlijnen, doorlooptijden te verkorten en kosten te drukken
  • Om deze optimalisaties door te voeren maak je gebruik van Continuous Improvement Technieken (Lean, 5S, Kaizen,…)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelors/Masterdiploma Elektromechanica of Elektronica
  • Een eerste industriële werkervaring, waarbij je in aanraking kwam met Continuous Improvement Technieken, is een vereiste voor deze functie
  • Ervaring met elektrische/elektronische herstellingen en kennis van automatisatie is een sterke plus
