Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden

Als contractbeheerder bij Canon maak je deel uit van een divers en dynamisch team binnen de afdeling Business Operations. Je rapporteert direct aan de manager contract management. In deze veelzijdige rol houd je je bezig met de volgende taken:

- Activeren van contracten en doorvoeren van prijsverhogingen, wijzigingen en beëindigingen

- Beantwoorden van vragen rondom facturatie en contracten via telefoon, e-mail en Teams

- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor afdelingen met betrekking tot contract- en klantafspraken

- Creëren van overzicht en waarborgen van efficiënte en soepele processen voor klanten en collega’s

- Zorgdragen voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige verwerking van facturen ter bevordering van klanttevredenheid

- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau met administratieve of accountmanagement ervaring

- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels in verband met werkzaamheden. Als je ook Frans spreekt is dat een pre

- Analytische vaardigheden met ervaring in Excel en dataverwerking

- Ervaring met SAP of Oracle is een pre, maar we zoeken vooral iemand die gedreven is om te leren
