Je geeft functioneel leiding aan je klantteam, bouwt sterke klantrelaties op en zorgt voor tevreden opdrachtgevers én een gezond financieel en commercieel resultaat. Jouw uitdaging als Contractbeheerder Vanuit jouw ervaring als contractbeheerder op het gebied van gebouwgebonden techniek breng je de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een klantteam waarbij je functioneel leiding geeft aan werkvoorbereiders, een aantal monteurs en een beheertechnicus. Samen met je team zorg je voor een hoge mate van klanttevredenheid, waarbij jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het financiële en commerciële resultaat en de kwaliteit van dienstverlening. Voorbeelden van klanten zijn de vastgoedpartijen, zorginstellingen en gemeente. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Realiseren en beheren van klantgerichte (meerjarige) beheercontracten - Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor meerdere opdrachtgevers - Je bouwt een goede relatie (of onderhoud deze) en regelt zowel commercieel als operationeel, de zaken voor je relaties - Het creëren van verdieping en verbreding inzake contracten door een goede nazorg - Zorgdragen voor een correcte projectadministratie, juiste prognoses en rapportages en weet je commerciële kansen te verzilveren Wat biedt Unica jou?
