Als Contractbeheerder Elektrotechniek bij Heijmans Utiliteit BV in Leiden ben jij de spil in het beheer en de uitvoering van elektrotechnische onderhoudscontracten. Je werkt voor klanten in de regio Leiden en Noord-Holland en bent regelmatig op locatie. Je onderhoudt relaties met opdrachtgevers, bewaakt contractafspraken en zorgt dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden tijdig en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Een voorbeeld van een klant waarmee je kunt samenwerken is GGZ Rivierduinen. Je schakelt continu tussen klant, monteurs, leveranciers en collega's. Je zorgt dat aanvragen worden vertaald naar passende oplossingen, offertes doelgericht worden opgesteld en opdrachten professioneel worden uitgevoerd en administratief afgerond. Daarnaast houd je grip op de financiële resultaten van jouw contracten. De omvang varieert van kleinere servicewerkzaamheden tot omvangrijke contracten en projecten van meer dan €1 miljoen. Dat maakt jouw rol veelzijdig: je bent technisch gesprekspartner, organisator én verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële en financiële verloop van jouw contracten. Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert elektrotechnische onderhoudscontracten en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken. - Je onderhoudt actief contact met opdrachtgevers en bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties. - Je inventariseert klantvragen en vertaalt deze naar concrete technische en commerciële oplossingen. - Je plant en coördineert onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt dat deze tijdig worden uitgevoerd. - Je stuurt monteurs en andere betrokken partijen aan en zorgt voor een goede werkv...
