Kantoor Nootdorp Full-time Aan de slag gaan als Contractbeheerder Klimaattechniek Als Contractbeheerder Klimaattechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onderhouds- en servicecontracten voor klimaatinstallaties. Jij bewaakt afspraken, prestaties, planning en budgetten en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als collega's altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid verlopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden soepel en voldoen we aan alle contractuele afspraken, wet- en regelgeving én de verwachtingen van onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? - Je beheert onderhouds- en servicecontracten, inclusief scope, looptijd, KPI's, SLA's, tarieven, indexeringen en meer- en minderwerk. - Je stelt werkorders, offertes en contractwijzigingen op en verwerkt deze zorgvuldig. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en prestaties van contracten, waaronder doorlooptijden, first-time-fix en storingsreactietijden. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de financiële bewaking van contracten, waaronder budgetten, marges, nacalculaties, facturatie en periodieke afsluitingen. - Je stemt dagelijks af met de servicecoördinatie, planning en eventuele onderaannemers om contractafspraken succesvol uit te voeren. - Je onderhoudt periodiek contact met klanten, bespreekt rapportages en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. - Je signaleert kansen voor c...
