Je gebruikt jouw kennis van UAV en UAV-GC om risico's tijdig te herkennen en afspraken helder te houden. Je schakelt met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering en vertaalt contractuele vraagstukken naar een praktische aanpak. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en invloed op belangrijke projectbeslissingen en werkt aan complexe infrastructurele projecten in de regio Rotterdam. Wat ga je doen als Contractmanager Infra UAV-GC? - Projectcontracten beheren en contractvoorwaarden vertalen naar duidelijke afspraken voor het projectteam - Contractuele risico's, afwijkingen en kansen signaleren en actie bespreken - Wijzigingen en meer- en minderwerk beoordelen op contractuele grondslag en gevolgen voor het project - Deadlines, gemaakte afspraken en contractuele verplichtingen bewaken en betrokkenen tijdig aanspreken - Projectteams adviseren over contractuele risico's en de aanpak van wijzigingen of meningsverschillen - Ondersteunen bij claims en contractuele discussies met heldere onderbouwing en relevante documentatie - Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en andere betrokken stakeholders - Besluiten, correspondentie en contractwijzigingen zorgvuldig vastleggen in het contractdossier - Inzichtelijk maken hoe contractuele ontwikkelingen de planning, kwaliteit en projectrisico's beïnvloeden - Contractvoorwaarden zoals UAV en UAV-GC toepassen op vragen uit de dagelijkse projectpraktijk Wat deze rol jou biedt - Een salaris tussen € 4.800 en € 6.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij de opdracht...
