The posting

Bij een producent in de kunststofindustrie in Roermond werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en vernieuwing van industriële besturingssystemen. Als Control Engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling Onderhoud & Installatie. Je optimaliseert PLC-besturingen, ontwikkelt upgrades en zorgt dat technische documentatie aansluit op de installatie. Daarbij kijk je verder dan een werkende softwarewijziging: je onderzoekt hoe besturingstechniek kan bijdragen aan minder storingen, minder stilstand en minder productieafval. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren en offline testen af met inbedrijfstelling en storingsanalyse aan de apparatuur. Je gebruikt machinegegevens en oorzaakanalyses om terugkerende problemen structureel op te lossen. Met je collega's binnen onderhoud en de betrokken gebruikers stem je wijzigingen af en deel je technische bevindingen. Veilig werken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en leren van elkaars feedback staan centraal. Zo verdiep je je in zowel PLC-techniek als het gedrag van de productie-installaties. Wat ga je doen? - Specificeren, ontwikkelen en programmeren van upgrades voor PLC-besturingssystemen - Offline testen van besturingswijzigingen en begeleiden van de inbedrijfstelling - Oplossen van technische storingen en ondersteunen van onderhoudscollega's - Onderzoeken van terugkerende storingen met machinegegevens en oorzaakanalyses - Implementeren van verbeteringen om defecten, stilstand en productieafval te beperken - Actualiseren van besturingsdocumentatie en delen van wijzigingen met betrokken collega's Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren, testen en onderhouden van industriële PLC-besturingen - Inzicht in de samenhang tussen besturingssoftware, elektrische componenten en machinegedrag - Analytische aanpak bij storingsdiagnose en het interpreteren van machinegegevens - Zorgvuldige werkwijze bij documentatie, wijzigingsbeheer en..
