The posting

Bij een technologieontwikkelaar in De Lier werk je aan besturingsoplossingen voor gebouwentechniek. Als Control Engineer ontwikkel en onderhoud je regelmodules waarmee technische installaties betrouwbaar functioneren. Je vertaalt regeltechnische vraagstukken rond HVAC en andere gebouwinstallaties naar besturingslogica en PLC-software. Daarbij werk je onder meer met Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens S7 en programmeertalen volgens IEC 61131. Je combineert softwareontwikkeling met het modelleren, testen en verbeteren van het gedrag van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je ontwerp- en programmeerwerk af met validaties op fysieke testopstellingen. Je onderzoekt defecten, legt technische keuzes vast en vertaalt bevindingen naar gerichte verbeteringen. Binnen een agile team stem je oplossingen af en ondersteun je klanten bij implementaties en gebruikersacceptatietesten. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis op het snijvlak van regeltechniek, gebouwinstallaties en software, met directe aandacht voor de werking in de praktijk. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van regelmodules voor HVAC en andere gebouwinstallaties - Modelleren, ontwerpen en implementeren van besturingslogica en vastleggen van technische oplossingen - Programmeren van PLC-oplossingen met Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens S7 en IEC 61131-talen - Bouwen en beheren van fysieke testopstellingen en uitvoeren van validaties - Analyseren van defecten, rapporteren van bevindingen en doorvoeren van verbeteringen - Ondersteunen van klanten tijdens implementaties en gebruikersacceptatietesten Functie-eisen - Technisch hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Kennis van gebouwautomatisering, besturingssystemen en technische gebouwinstallaties, waaronder HVAC - Ervaring met regeltechniek en het ontwikkelen van besturingslogica - Praktische kennis van PLC-programmering; ervaring met TwinCAT, Siemens S7 en IEC 61131 sluit goed aan - Ervaring met samenwerken in agile teams - Je spreekt en leest vloeiend Engels; kennis van het Nederlands i.
