Bij een internationaal actieve machinebouwer in Stadskanaal werk je aan besturingen voor transportinstallaties, machines voor de champignonteelt, composteersystemen en installaties voor de verwerking van organisch afval. De organisatie verzorgt het traject van concept en productie tot installatie en service. Als Control Engineer vertaal je machinefuncties en processtappen naar overzichtelijke besturingssoftware. Je richt je op betrouwbare werking, veilige bediening en een goede afstemming tussen sensoren, aandrijvingen en de mechanische installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je engineering met testen, storingsanalyse en het in bedrijf stellen van installaties voor internationale projecten. Je stemt functionele keuzes af met mechanische en elektrotechnische collega's en maakt de bediening begrijpelijk voor operators. Daarbij verdiep je je in PLC-programmering, HMI-visualisatie en procesregeling, met aandacht voor software die ook tijdens onderhoud en service goed te doorgronden is. Functie-inhoud - Functionele machine- en proceseisen vertalen naar PLC-software - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmmeldingen - Sensoren, aandrijvingen en industriële communicatie integreren in de besturing - Besturingssoftware testen en installaties internationaal in bedrijf stellen - Storingen analyseren en machine- en procesinstellingen optimaliseren - Software, testresultaten en technische wijzigingen documenteren Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en HMI-configuratie binnen machinebouw of procesautomatisering - Kennis van sensoren, aandrijftechniek en industriële communicatienetwerken - Je kunt elektrische schema's lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen voor inbedrijfstelling en technische ondersteuning - Je communiceert helder met technische collega's en kunt je in het Engels redden Aanbod - Brut.
