Bij een producent van voedingsmiddelen in Ochten werk je aan het standaardiseren en automatiseren van bestaande en toekomstige productieprocessen. Als Control Engineer vertaal je productievragen naar praktische besturingsoplossingen, zodat processen beter te monitoren en te sturen zijn. Je beoordeelt de besturingen van procesequipment en utility-installaties en stelt technische specificaties en standaarden op. Daarbij begeleid je projecten van offertefase tot realisatie en stuur je leveranciers inhoudelijk aan. Je dagelijkse werk combineert analyse op de werkvloer met engineering en projectafstemming. Je werkt intensief samen met collega-engineers, productiemedewerkers en een multidisciplinair projectteam. Ongeveer dertig procent van je werkzaamheden richt zich op het optimaliseren van bestaande processen. Je krijgt ruimte om eigen verbeterideeën uit te werken en te implementeren. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis van elektrotechniek en industriële automatisering, met directe terugkoppeling vanuit de fabriek. Functie-inhoud - Standaardiseren en automatiseren van bestaande en toekomstige productieprocessen - Optimaliseren van bestaande processen voor betere monitoring, sturing en productiviteit - Begeleiden van automatiseringsprojecten van offertefase tot realisatie - Opstellen van technische specificaties en besturingsstandaarden - Beoordelen van besturingen van procesequipment en utility-installaties - Inhoudelijk aansturen van leveranciers en afstemmen met engineering en productie Functie-eisen - Hbo-opleiding elektrotechniek of automatisering, of vergelijkbare relevante werkervaring - Ervaring als medior of senior engineer binnen elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Vakkennis van industriële besturingen en het automatiseren van productieprocessen - Analytisch vermogen om interne klantvragen te vertalen naar praktische technische oplossingen - Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden en heldere communicatie met engineers, productie en leveranciers - Goede beheersing.
