Bij een internationaal actieve machinebouwer in Tricht ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor sorteerinstallaties, verpakkingslijnen en transportsystemen voor groente en fruit. Je vertaalt klantwensen en functionele specificaties naar betrouwbare PLC-software en overzichtelijke HMI-bediening. Daarbij werk je zowel aan klantspecifieke installaties als aan het verbeteren en standaardiseren van bestaande software. Je kijkt naar de complete lijn: van proceslogica en aandrijvingen tot machineveiligheid, datacommunicatie en foutafhandeling. In de dagelijkse praktijk schrijf en test je programmatuur, configureer je frequentie- en servoregelaars en ondersteun je bij technische storingen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair engineeringteam en stemt af met mechanical en electrical engineering, productie, service en commissioning. Afhankelijk van je ervaring besteed je ongeveer 25% van je tijd aan internationale inbedrijfstellingen. Zo toets je ontwerpkeuzes direct aan de praktijk en verdiep je jouw kennis van machinebesturing, lijnintegratie en softwarestandaardisatie. Functie-inhoud - Klantwensen en functionele specificaties vertalen naar PLC-software voor machines en complete lijnen - PLC-programmatuur schrijven, testen en standaardiseren voor sorteer-, verpakkings- en transportsystemen - HMI-touchpanels ontwikkelen met logische bediening en duidelijke foutafhandeling - Frequentieregelaars en servoregelaars configureren en programmeren - Besturingsopzetten uitwerken met aandacht voor machineveiligheid, datacommunicatie en performance - Klanten en servicemonteurs ondersteunen bij tweedelijns technische problemen - Afhankelijk van je ervaring circa 25% van je tijd installaties internationaal in bedrijf stellen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek, industriële automatisering, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar - Ervaring met PLC- en HMI-programmering, bij voorkeur met Siemens - Ervaring met frequentie- en servoregelaars; kennis van Lenze is..
