Bij een internationaal actieve machinebouwer in Tricht ontwikkel je PLC-besturingen voor sorteerinstallaties, verpakkingslijnen en transportsystemen voor groente en fruit. Je vertaalt klantwensen en functionele specificaties naar betrouwbare software voor afzonderlijke machines en complete lijnen. Daarbij werk je zowel aan klantspecifieke projecten als aan het verbeteren en standaardiseren van bestaande software. Je kijkt verder dan de PLC-code: ook machineveiligheid, proceslogica, bediening en datacommunicatie neem je mee in je ontwerp. Je dagelijkse werk bestaat uit programmeren, testen en het uitwerken van HMI-bediening en aandrijvingen. Binnen een multidisciplinair engineeringteam van circa zeven collega's stem je af met mechanical en electrical engineering, productie, service en commissioning. Door softwareontwikkeling te combineren met storingsanalyse en praktijktesten verdiep je je kennis van complete machinebesturingen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring besteed je ongeveer 25% van je tijd aan inbedrijfstellingen bij internationale klanten. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van klantwensen en functionele specificaties naar PLC-software - Ontwerpen, programmeren en testen van besturingen voor machines en complete lijnen - Ontwikkelen van bedieningssoftware voor HMI-touchpanels - Configureren en programmeren van frequentieregelaars en servoregelaars - Verbeteren van proceslogica, foutafhandeling, datacommunicatie en softwarestandaarden - Ondersteunen van klanten en servicemonteurs bij tweedelijns technische storingen - Afhankelijk van je ervaring circa 25% van je tijd internationaal inbedrijfstellen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek, industriële automatisering, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar - Kennis van PLC-programmering en het gestructureerd testen van besturingssoftware - Inzicht in HMI-bediening, frequentieregelaars en servoaandrijvingen - Oog voor machineveiligheid, proceslogica en de samenhang tussen software en mechanica..
