The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in de maakindustrie in de regio Kampen/Zwolle ontwikkel je machinebesturingen en automatiseringsoplossingen voor nieuwe productielijnen. De organisatie ontwikkelt mechatronische producten voor met name de agrarische industrie. Als Control Engineer R&D denk je vanaf de productontwikkeling mee over een maakbaar en geautomatiseerd productieproces. Je vertaalt procesvereisten naar besturingssoftware, elektronische systemen en passende componenten. Daarbij krijg je vrijheid om keuzes in software en PLC-platformen technisch te onderbouwen en uit te werken. Je werkt projectmatig binnen Productieondersteuning, samen met manufacturing engineers, IT-applicatiebeheerders en operators uit montage en verspaning. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je PLC- en robotprogrammering af met sensorselectie, veiligheidsvraagstukken en het in bedrijf stellen van machines. Je test oplossingen op de werkvloer en optimaliseert de werking met feedback van gebruikers. Interne opleidingen bieden je ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in PLC-techniek, procesverbetering en samenwerking. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen van besturingssoftware en elektronische systemen voor nieuwe machines en productielijnen - Programmeren van PLC’s van Siemens, Wago en Rockwell voor productietoepassingen - Schrijven en aanpassen van robotprogramma’s voor het productieproces - Selecteren van componenten en sensoren en verwerken van machineveiligheid in het ontwerp - In bedrijf stellen, testen en optimaliseren van machinebesturingen - Analyseren van besturingstechnische vraagstukken en adviseren binnen multidisciplinaire projecten - Opstellen en beheren van programmadocumentatie en gebruikershandleidingen Functie-eisen - Hbo- of wo-diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Industriële Automatisering, Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica - Ervaring met industriële automatisering en het ontwikkelen van machinebesturingen - Kennis van PLC-programmering en affiniteit met Siemens, Wago of Rockwell - Inzicht in sensoren,.
