Als medior Control Engineer Siemens PCS7 bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Amersfoort ontwerp en bouw je DCS-besturingsoplossingen voor de procesindustrie en infratechniek. Je vertaalt gebruikerseisen en functionele ontwerpen naar betrouwbare besturingstoepassingen en werkt aan het volledige traject: van technische uitwerking en configuratie tot testen en inbedrijfstelling. Daarbij combineer je jouw ervaring met Siemens PCS7 met kennis van veldbustechnologieën en aandacht voor veiligheidsconcepten. Je werkt 40 uur per week, afwisselend op kantoor en op locatie bij de klant. Op een werkdag bestudeer of actualiseer je documentatie, programmeer je besturingsfuncties en bespreek je ontwerpkeuzes en voortgang met collega's en projectleiders binnen een multidisciplinair team. Ook denk je mee over leveranciersselectie en de praktische uitvoering van projecten. Je krijgt ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in DCS-engineering, database engineering en het zorgvuldig testen en opleveren van procesbesturingen. Wat ga je doen? - Gebruикerseisen en functionele ontwerpen vertalen naar technische besturingsoplossingen. - Functionele en technische documentatie opstellen, bestuderen en reviseren. - DCS-besturingstoepassingen ontwerpen, programmeren en configureren met Siemens PCS7. - Besturingstoepassingen testen en op locatie bij de klant in bedrijf stellen. - Ontwerp- en voortgangsbesprekingen bijwonen en acties afstemmen met het multidisciplinaire projectteam. - Ondersteunen bij de selectie van leveranciers voor besturingsoplossingen. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt mbo-4- of hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PCS7 en besturingsprojecten in de procesindustrie of infratechniek, en kunt als medior zelfstandig engineeringwerk uitvoeren. - Je kent veldbustechnologieën en hebt affiniteit met veiligheidsconcepten voor industriële besturingen. - Je hebt gedegen.
