Bij een internationale producent van stikstofmeststoffen en industriële chemicaliën in Sluiskil werk je aan de procesbesturing van productie-installaties en laadfaciliteiten. Als Control Systems Engineer richt je je op het ontwerp, de bedienbaarheid en het onderhoud van besturingssystemen. Je analyseert de werking van de systemen en vertaalt verbeterkansen naar betrouwbare regelingen en praktische bedienings- en onderhoudsprocedures. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan veilige processen en een hoge beschikbaarheid van de installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je met operators, onderhoudsspecialisten en engineers uit andere disciplines. Je ondersteunt bij technische problemen, configureert procesbesturingen voor installatiewijzigingen en ontwikkelt geavanceerde regelingen om de procesprestaties te verbeteren. Ook werk je aan preventieve onderhoudsplannen. Via persoonlijke coaching en samenwerking met technische collega's op andere locaties verdiep je je kennis van procesautomatisering, regeltechniek en betrouwbaarheid binnen de chemische industrie. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer procesbesturingssystemen en verbeter de bedienbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid. - Ondersteun Operations en Maintenance bij technische problemen met de procesbesturing. - Ontwerp met andere discipline-engineers installatiewijzigingen en configureer de bijbehorende besturingssystemen. - Ontwikkel en implementeer geavanceerde regelingen voor optimale procesprestaties. - Stel preventieve onderhoudsplannen op en voer verbeteringen door voor een hogere beschikbaarheid. - Stem technische werkzaamheden af met externe partijen en collega's binnen het internationale netwerk. - Voer werkzaamheden uit volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en het managementsysteem. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-diploma in elektromechanica, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Je hebt ervaring met engineering en onderhoud van besturingssystemen in een product.
