In deze rol combineer je vakinhoudelijke expertise met het begeleiden van collega's en het onderhouden van klantrelaties. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, ruimte voor eigen initiatief en de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een collegiale werkomgeving. Over de functie Als Controleleider Auditpraktijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en coördineren van controleopdrachten voor uiteenlopende organisaties. Je analyseert financiële gegevens, signaleert risico's en vertaalt bevindingen naar waardevolle inzichten. Daarnaast stuur je een klein team van assistent-accountants aan en begeleid je hen in hun ontwikkeling. Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat controleopdrachten efficiënt en volgens de geldende richtlijnen worden uitgevoerd. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en coördineren van controleopdrachten. - Begeleiden en aansturen van assistent-accountants. - Analyseren van financiële gegevens en bedrijfsprocessen. - Signaleren van risico's en verbetermogelijkheden. - Onderhouden van klantcontacten en adviseren waar nodig. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van opdrachten.
