Controller Holding Huisartsenzorg Deventer e.o. bv. Interne & externe vacature Deventer Controller Delen Bij HCDO (Huisartsen Coöperatie Deventer en Omstreken), de regionale huisartsenorganisatie van Deventer en omgeving, staan we midden in de zorg van vandaag én bouwen we aan die van morgen. Dat doen we in nauwe samenwerking met de 180 huisartsen in de regio. De organisatie omvat in totaal een negental entiteiten, met elk eigen speerpunten en functies binnen de zorg. De grootste onderdelen zijn de Spoedpost Huisartsenzorg, de zorggroep Chronische Zorg en Regiomanagement. We zijn een kleinschalige zorgorganisatie, maar met een groot bereik. Dat zie je ook terug in jouw werk als controller: dichtbij de praktijk, in nauwe samenwerking met verschillende disciplines, een breed takenpakket in een complexe financiële omgeving, waarbij het effect van jouw bijdrage direct zichtbaar is. Jouw impact We zijn in ontwikkeling. Zorg wordt steeds meer regionaal in netwerken georganiseerd. Daarin spelen wij een belangrijke rol. Aan huisartsen wordt steeds meer gevraagd, ook op organisatorisch gebied. Wij ondersteunen hen daarbij. Als controller combineer je financiële expertise met organisatiekracht. Je werkt zowel beleidsmatig, organisatorisch als uitvoerend. Je bent lid van het MT. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de directie en het management. Je hebt een brede blik, neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële aspecten van onze groeiende organisatie goed geborgd zijn. We werken met verschillende financieringsstromen, elk met eigen afspraken en verantwoordingsvereisten richting onder meer zorgverzekeraars. Dit vraagt om een strakke sturing op financiële processen en een betrouwbare planning- en control cyclus.
