Je werkt dagelijks aan slimme processen, sterke rapportages en scherpe analyses die richting geven aan belangrijke keuzes. De uitdaging ligt in het combineren van data, controle en advies om de organisatie steeds beter te laten presteren. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever ga je werken aan sterke interne beheersing en zorg je dat alle controlemaatregelen goed zijn ingericht en actueel blijven. Je analyseert financiële data, maakt heldere rapportages en adviseert directie en management over kansen en risico's. Je optimaliseert financiële en administratieve processen zodat ze sneller, duidelijker en betrouwbaarder worden. Ook bereid je de jaarrekening voor en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de externe accountant. Daarnaast stuur je het administratieve team aan en ondersteun je bij investeringsanalyses, businesscases en prognoses. In deze functie duik je regelmatig in KPI's, risicoanalyses en variatieanalyses om grip te houden op de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie. Je werkt met moderne systemen en zoekt actief naar verbetermogelijkheden in dashboards, forecasts en procesflows. Hierbij krijg je ruimte om mee te denken over de financiële strategie en toekomstige groei. Jouw werkzaamheden - Optimaliseren van financiële en administratieve processen voor meer efficiency en betrouwbaarheid; - Opstellen van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrapportages, inclusief variatieanalyses en prognoses; - Coördineren van het jaarrekeningtraject en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de externe accountant; - Analyseren van financiële data en vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen voor directie en managemen...
