Heb je ervaring met financiële administratie, boekhouding, facturatie, rapportages en procesverbetering? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Bij ons krijg je een belangrijke rol binnen onze financiële administratie. Je bent de spil van een correcte financiële administratie en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële basis van de organisatie op orde is. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij financiële rapportages, maandafsluitingen en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en systemen. Het is de bedoeling dat de functie zich ontwikkelt tot een rol waarbij je werkzaamheden verricht voor zowel Vigilat in Apeldoorn als Bravo in Almelo . Hierdoor krijg je een bredere verantwoordelijkheid binnen beide organisaties en kun je doorgroeien in jouw rol. Bij aanvang van jouw dienstverband start je bij Vigilat. Standplaats: Apeldoorn / Almelo Uren: 32 - 40 uur per week Salarisindicatie: € 45.000 - € 60.000 bruto per jaar op fulltime basis Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen van financiële overzichten en managementinformatie. - Verantwoordelijk voor onderdelen van de crediteurenadministratie, debiteurenadministratie en grootboekadministratie. - Signaleren van afwijkingen en verbeterpunten. - Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van administratieve processen. - Onderhouden van contacten met accountant, management en andere interne en externe stakeholders. - Meedenken over de verdere professionalisering van de financiële organisatie. - Geautomatiseerd verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankmutaties, verzorgen van BTW aangiften. - Verzorgen van de maandfacturatie. - Ondersteunen bij maandafsluitingen.
