Voor een internationaal consumentenmerk in Amsterdam zijn wij exclusief op zoek naar een Controller die accounting, financial control en business control weet te combineren. Je wordt het centrale financiële aanspreekpunt voor de Benelux, werkt rechtstreeks samen met de Managing Director en krijgt veel vrijheid om processen, rapportages en interne beheersing verder te professionaliseren. Een brede rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid én zichtbare impact. Jouw rol als Controller Als Controller ben je het centrale financiële aanspreekpunt voor de organisatie in Nederland, België en Luxemburg . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie en zorgt ervoor dat de cijfers tijdig, volledig en correct beschikbaar zijn voor zowel het lokale management als de internationale organisatie. Je coördineert de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen en verzorgt de btw-aangiftes. Daarnaast beoordeel je balansspecificaties, analyseer je grootboekrekeningen en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de dagelijkse financiële processen. Je begeleidt externe controles, onderhoudt het contact met accountants en ziet toe op naleving van lokale accounting- en fiscale vereisten. Maar deze functie gaat nadrukkelijk verder dan accounting en financial control. Je bent betrokken bij de budget- en forecastprocessen, analyseert resultaten en afwijkingen en vertaalt financiële informatie naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen voor de Managing Director en andere stakeholders. Je werkt intensief samen met Sales, Supply Chain en Operations . Hierdoor zit je dicht op de business en begrijp je wat er achter de cijfers gebeurt. Je stelt kritische vragen, signaleert ontwikkelingen en helpt collega's om betere commerciële en operationele beslissingen te nemen.
