ID:21074-83258 De organisatie: Namens een organisatie in Nieuwegein, actief in de bouwsector (zowel bouwen als aanvullende diensten), ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een senior controller/finance manager. Je komt te werken voor een echte projectenorganisatie met meerdere vestigingen in Nederland. De projecten waarop deze organisatie zich richt zijn veelal gericht op de modernisering en vooral verduurzaming van allerlei soorten vastgoed. In totaal telt de organisatie zo'n 300 collega's, verdeeld over meerdere BV's en meerdere vestigingen. Tezamen zijn deze BV's goed voor ruim € 100 miljoen omzet op jaarbasis. De organisatie is financieel uiterst gezond en groeit hard. De functie: Als senior controller/finance manager kom je terecht in het financiële team, dat naast jou uit een financial controller en nog een stuk of acht financieel medewerkers bestaat. Verder kent de organisatie nog een aantal project controllers en een business controller, maar die vallen niet in jouw team. Uiteraard werk je daar wel nauw mee samen. In deze functie ga jij aan de slag met de complexere werkzaamheden binnen (financial) control, maar ook met de dagelijkse aansturing van de afdeling. De andere financial controller en alle collega's op administratie rapporteren rechtstreeks aan jou en jij rapporteert op jouw beurt aan de CFO, met wie je ook nauw samenwerkt. Jij geeft de afdeling op een prettige manier vorm en houdt je bezig met het inrichten van processen. Je gaat o.a. aan de slag met: - Het optimaliseren van financiële processen (AO/IC); - Diverse financiële projecten, waarbij je zel...
