Als Controller Vastgoed & ICT bij Alliade breng je vastgoed, financiën en strategie samen. Je ontwikkelt de financiële kaders voor businesscases en modellen, toetst investeringen, monitort de exploitatie en adviseert directie en management over keuzes, risico's en kansen. Wat deze functie bijzonder maakt? Je werkt op het snijvlak van vastgoed, data en ICT én draagt direct bij aan een toekomstbestendige zorgmodel. Waar ga je werken? Alliade is één van de grootste zorgverleners van Friesland. De organisatie is financieel gezond en biedt zorg, ondersteuning en behandeling aan kwetsbare ouderen, mensen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking, jeugd en cliënten binnen maatschappelijke ondersteuning en werk- en dagbesteding. Vanuit Heerenveen werk je aan vastgoedvraagstukken die invloed hebben op de toekomst van de organisatie en haar zorgomgevingen. Alliade heeft een netwerk van meer dan 300 locaties in Friesland met een totale vastgoedexploitatie van ca. € 45 miljoen. Jouw werkomgeving Je rapporteert aan de Directeur Financiën en werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen Vastgoed, Financiën en ICT. In deze rol verbind je inhoud, data en besluitvorming en adviseer je directie en management over financiële risico's, kansen en keuzes. Circa 70% van je werk richt zich op vastgoedsturing en de overige 30% op de verdere professionalisering van de financiële sturing binnen ICT. Wat ga je doen?
