Bij een speciaal machinebouwer in Almelo ontwikkel en optimaliseer je besturingen voor complexe vouw- en stapelsystemen voor de kartonindustrie. Je werkt met CODESYS SoftMotion op moderne IPC’s, gecombineerd met pneumatiek, hydrauliek en servoaandrijvingen. Binnen een afdeling van circa 12 engineers verdeel je je tijd ongeveer gelijk tussen ontwikkeling en klantsupport/installatie. Functie-inhoud - Besturingsarchitectuur en software ontwikkelen in CODESYS op basis van een gezamenlijk opgesteld functioneel ontwerp (FDS) - PLC’s configureren en regelaars van hoogdynamische aandrijvingen inregelen en optimaliseren - Gebruiksvriendelijke HMI-visualisaties maken in CODESYS Visu, met input van gebruikers - Software documenteren, reviews en simulaties uitvoeren en standaarden en revisies bewaken - Productie ondersteunen, FAT en SAT uitvoeren, machines in bedrijf stellen en klanten trainen - Klanten remote en op locatie ondersteunen bij storingen, modificaties en performancebewaking - Nieuwbouw- en upgradeprojecten afstemmen met project-, electrical- en commissioning engineers Functie-eisen - Mbo+/hbo-niveau in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Informatica of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de professionele machinebouw - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, Beckhoff, CODESYS en Visu, Siemens S7 en SoftMotion-besturingen - Ervaring met het inregelen van aandrijvingen, complexe machines en mechanische systemen - Je werkt gestructureerd en bent sterk in troubleshooten, root cause analyses en technische documentatie - Je beschikt over VCA, NEN 3140 en rijbewijs B - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels, bent circa 20% internationaal inzetbaar en communiceert goed met klanten en collega’s; Duits is een pré Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur op detavastbasis - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metalektro - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen - Salaris afgestemd op de functie, je opleiding en ervaring - Een inwerktraject en opleiding.
