Bij een ontwikkelaar en producent van duurzame klimaatsystemen in Tiel werk je aan de regeling van water/water-warmtepompen. Als Controls Engineer ontwikkel je nieuwe regelstrategieën en verbeter je bestaande productfunctionaliteiten. Meet- en regeltechniek vormt de kern van je werk: je vertaalt het gewenste systeemgedrag naar regelingen die je vervolgens in de praktijk toetst. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de regeling alleen en denk je mee over de samenhang tussen koeltechniek, productontwerp en prestaties. Je werkt samen met andere control engineers, test engineers en laboranten aan nieuwe producten en verbeteringen. In het eigen laboratorium bouw en test je prototypes van nieuwe functionaliteiten. Je stelt testplannen op, bespreekt meetresultaten en adviseert het projectteam over vervolgstappen. Door ontwikkeling, beproeving en analyse te combineren, verdiep je je kennis van warmtepompsystemen en regeltechniek. Je plant je werkzaamheden op basis van projectprioriteiten en houdt overzicht over de productfunctionaliteiten. Functie-inhoud - Nieuwe regelstrategieën voor water/water-warmtepompen ontwikkelen en bestaande regelingen optimaliseren - Prototypes van nieuwe functionaliteiten bouwen en testen in het laboratorium - Testplannen opstellen en uitvoeren met test engineers en laboranten - Testresultaten analyseren, bevindingen rapporteren en ontwikkeladviezen geven - De samenhang en het totaaloverzicht van productfunctionaliteiten bewaken - Je eigen werkzaamheden plannen en input leveren voor de projectplanning Functie-eisen - Een technische hbo-opleiding in mechatronica, elektrotechniek of electrical engineering - Aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen van regelstrategieën - Een gestructureerde werkwijze en heldere communicatie en rapportage - Affiniteit met koeltechnische systemen uit woningbouw, industrie, maritiem of automotive is een pré - Ervaring met MATLAB en Simulink is een pré - Kennis van Lua, Python en Robot Framework is een pré Aanbod - Bruto maands.
