The posting

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Qualité de l’Eau, vous jouez un rôle central de coordinateur transversal dans le pilotage de la qualité de l’eau distribuée par la CILE. Vous structurez, coordonnez et assurez le suivi des actions liées à la sécurité sanitaire de l’eau, en lien étroit avec les équipes internes, les partenaires externes et les autorités compétentes, afin de garantir la conformité réglementaire et la protection de la santé publique.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction :

  • Vous déployez, actualisez et coordonnez les Plans de Gestion de la Sécurité Sanitaire de l’Eau (PGSSE) sur l’ensemble du territoire couvert par la CILE.
  • Vous réalisez et coordonnez les analyses de risques sanitaires et assurez le suivi des plans d’actions préventifs et correctifs associés, en garantissant leur traçabilité et leur documentation.
  • Vous coordonnez la gestion des problématiques de qualité de l’eau sur le réseau, incluant les investigations, l’analyse des résultats de laboratoire, la définition et le suivi des mesures correctives, ainsi que la communication interne et externe.
  • Vous participez à la gestion du Plan Interne d’Urgence et d’Intervention pour les problématiques liées à la qualité de l’eau.
  • Vous assurez le rôle d’interlocuteur privilégié du SPW pour toutes les questions relatives à la qualité de l’eau et aux PGSSE, incluant le rapportage réglementaire, les audits et inspections.
  • Vous assurez un rôle de formateur et de référent interne en animant des formations sur les PGSSE et le dispositif CertIBEau, contribuant à la montée en compétences des collaborateurs et partenaires.
  • Vous participez à la formation des certificateurs CertIBEau en tant que formateur agréé et développez des supports pédagogiques adaptés.
  • Vous assurez une veille scientifique et réglementaire en lien avec la qualité de l’eau distribuée, les analyses de risques et l’évolution des connaissances (dont le risque légionelle).

Vous participez au développement, à la mise en œuvre et au maintien du système de management intégré (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 17025).
