" " Robin van Boven, Principal Engineer Over de functie Corporate Recruiter Als Corporate Recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces van intake tot indiensttreding. Je beheert zelfstandig meerdere vacatures binnen verschillende vakgebieden en doelgroepen en schakelt flexibel mee wanneer de recruitmentbehoefte verandert. Je opereert als een volwaardig gesprekspartner voor de business. Vanuit een goede intake met de hiring manager begrijp je de behoefte, prioriteit en noodzaak achter een recruitmentvraag en bepaal je kritisch wat écht nodig is qua profiel, ervaring, salarisniveau en beschikbaarheid. Je stelt vacatures op en publiceert deze, sourcet actief via LinkedIn en andere kanalen en neemt zelfstandig ownership over de eerste selectie. Je beoordeelt cv's en sollicitaties, voert kandidaatintakes en bepaalt welke kandidaten je aan de hiring manager presenteert. Vervolgens begeleid je het volledige proces, van gesprekken tot assessments, cases en terugkoppeling. Je toetst salarisverwachtingen aan onze interne kaders, onderhandelt over aanbiedingen en zo...
