Samen leveren we oplossingen waar techniek en IT samenkomen. C-Services richt zich op maatwerkapplicaties, het uitvoeren van projecten op locatie en het verzorgen van trainingen. Kojo Engineering is een adviserend ingenieursbureau voor industriële klanten in Zeeland, Brabant, Zuid-Holland en Vlaams België. Als corporate recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei van de teams voor beide bedrijven. Jouw rol: Als Corporate Recruiter ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de instroom van talent binnen onze organisaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces en weet als geen ander hoe je de juiste professionals bereikt, enthousiast maakt en aan de organisatie verbindt. Je bouwt actief aan een sterk netwerk en een duurzame talentpool, onderhoudt relaties met kandidaten, scholen en studentenverenigingen en zorgt ervoor dat onze organisaties zichtbaar zijn als aantrekkelijke werkgever. Tegelijkertijd denk je mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze recruitmentaanpak en krijg je alle ruimte om hierin zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen. Kortom: een veelzijdige rol waarin recruitment, relatiebeheer en employer branding samenkomen en waarin jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan de groei van onze technische teams.
